The day started off with me trying to get to school without exposing too much of my big fat legs haha. The slit of my shirt dress was so high! That reminds me that i should go get a button and close it up! hee. Anyway, it was really uncomfortable to walk in it. I ended up sitting down throughout my duty at the collection booth =pp sorry for not giving out flyers! i couldn't!
Tutorial was quite fun! The prof tried very hard to make us think on our feets. discussions with some really nice pharm classmates made learning very interesting too. When i was about to end tutorial lesson, i msg dar to tell him tt i'll be finishing soon and asked where he was but he din reply me! thought he could pass me the safety pin sooner so i can be more comfortable when walking. Anyway when tutorial ended and i din hear from him, i gave him a call. but he din answer!!! grr... was intending to walk to the canteen to wait for him but as i was walking along the physio corridor, he sprang out, gave me a shock and passed me three pretty red roses =) that was the first pleasant surprise. Smart of him to ignore my calls so tt he could surprise me. =ppp
btw, dar looked extremely dashing yesterday! he wore the brown shirt i bought for him. yea!

oh, dar was my saviour for the day too! cos he brought me the safety pins which allowed me to walk comfortably for the rest of the day.
Took quite a while to reach bugis cos of the waiting time spent at the bus stop. Anyway, the fact tt we had each other's company was good enough =) First stop, we went to his parent's stall! REALLY really beautiful lanterns. Huge ones with intricate designs made me just stood there and wonder how much effort was put into making the lanterns. I must learn to make at least one of those next year!
2nd stop, Japanese restaurant! Dar's superb recommendation. Besides all the photo taking, ordering of food, dar passed me a huge envelope which contained 3 small cards and a huge one. started off with the small cards filled with drawings made by his cousins. so creative, so full of sincerity. those cards warmed my heart so much =) den next, was the huge one made by darling! nice collage of photos consisting of us and the happy 5 friends. behind it was something which i would never have expected. A portait of the both of us! and it was drawn by his own hands! u wouldn't believe how realisitic it looks!

In between, we enjoyed the delicious dinner...with unagi, hot stone rice, seafood gravy with egg, and sweet sweet MUSHROOMS! yum yum yum..after tt was our dessert! wahh...huge cup with green tea flavoured ice, vanilla ice cream and redbeans! most importantly, the honey! which made the ice so so tasty *Ssssluuurp!*
was still feeling fascinated by the dessert when dar told me to close my eyes all of a sudden.
I closed and was greeted with a candle litted chocolate cake when i opened my eyes! Gosh, no one has ever done tt for me. have always had low profile birthday celebrations for the past 19 years. at most, i'll celebrate it with my 9 year old cousin with my family and relatives. Dar sang me a birthday song and i couldn't stop smiling and feeling loved.

The peak of the programme for the day was the watching of videos. It started off as the videos of his cousins singing birthday songs for me. hee. the kids are extremely adorable. love them so much! Den, i saw anson! Anson on dar's phone! hahahahaha. never did i expect dar to go around gathering birthday wishes for me. there was see hwee, anson, pangsai, senghan, constance, teck peng, senior, naren and the girls! Couldn't help but tear when i heard their wishes. Esp silly senior. he must have plucked up alot of courage to sing a birthday song in front of a camera. He always makes me feel like a small little girl being taken care by a big brother. All these wouldn't have took place without javin darling. He put in so much effort in making sure tt yesterday would be the most memorable. and it really was.
The last part of the programme was to walk bugis village and stroll to raffles place. Bugis village was packed packed packed! but still, i managed to get a nice shirt =) walk to raffles was romantic. quiet time spent together walking in the rain with dar holding the umbrella and me grabbing his arm.

Dad and mum can be assured tt whenever i'm with dar, i'll reach home on time! He always makes sure tt i keep to the time so tt he can be proved to be a trustworthy man! Like the way he made me sit down while he stood throughout the bus ride. He takes care of me in every aspect.Though there were times i had lots of complains about him and conflicts arises between us, we still manage to walk through the rain together, making our relationship stronger each time. Thank you darling for all the planning. It was the most memorable birthday celebrated.
