Delivered our baby boy on 29 April 2017. Very much anticipated prince of our family.
He has brought much joy and laughter amidst the steep learning curve of being a parent.
4 months of ML will soon be over and I may be going back to work 1 week before ML ends. Feeling the withdrawal, but no one seems to empathize.
Sometimes I feel so alone in the parenthood journey..when mum goes back home, I'm all alone with our little boy, and can't do anything else other than cuddle him until hubby comes home. Can't go to the toilet, can't bathe, can't eat..
When asked to help coax baby Joash to sleep, he gives up too easily saying that baby is not tired. All it takes is 10mins and he will be asleep in my arms. Hubby will just doze off himself..
I have no mood for intimacy ? Due to hormones and the tired days looking after Joash. Why do I feel so alone sometimes..
I'll definitely miss my baby boy when I get back to work. It's a whole new game adapting to work + taking care of baby at night..
